1. How to request deletion
- Email us from the address linked to your account.
- Use subject Delete AstroAgenda account.
- Request permanent deletion of the account and its data.
- We may proportionately verify ownership.
2. What we delete
Account, natal profile, preferences, journal, sessions, personal AI cache, linked records and manual grants, except legally required information.
3. Limited retention
Active database data is removed when the request is completed. Backup residues expire within 30 days. Fiscal, anti-fraud or claims information may remain restricted for the applicable legal period.
4. Delete only some data
You can delete an individual reflection in Journal by opening the entry and selecting Delete, without closing your account. To request deletion of other specific data, email raul@akashapps.com from the account address with subject Delete AstroAgenda data and clearly identify what you want deleted. Data is removed from the active database when the request is completed; backup residues expire within 30 days. Only data required for legal, anti-fraud or claims purposes may remain restricted.
5. Subscription
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play subscriptions.
