Privacy at AstroAgenda

This policy explains what information AstroAgenda uses and why. Astrology is offered as a symbolic tool for self-awareness, not prediction, diagnosis or professional advice.

AstroAgenda is published by AKASHAPPS SOLUCIONS CONSCIENTS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA under developer name RaulAkashapps.

2. Data we process

  • Account: email, protected credentials, confirmation and sessions.
  • Natal profile: birth date, time and place, coordinates, time zone and preferences.
  • Journal: reflections, practices, state and tags you choose to save.
  • Calculated content: positions, houses, aspects, transits and charts.
  • AI: calculated astrological context, response, usage counters and technical cache/quota fingerprints.
  • Premium: status, product, plan, validity and technical references. We do not receive full card details.
  • Minimal technical data: security, diagnostics and abuse prevention.

3. Purposes

  • Create and protect your account.
  • Calculate charts, transits and agenda.
  • Store and return your journal.
  • Generate interpretations only when requested.
  • Manage Free, Premium and support.
  • Protect the service and comply with law.

We do not use journal or natal data for advertising, commercial profiling or model training.

4. Providers

  • AstroAgenda infrastructure: API, database, backups and security.
  • STRATO: public pages and transactional email.
  • OpenAI: requested AI features, without journal, password or internal account ID.
  • Google Play: distribution, purchases and subscriptions.

Where a provider processes information outside the EEA, safeguards required by applicable law are used.

5. Security

We use authentication, account separation, encrypted connections and access controls. Natal profile and journal are encrypted in the database. This is not end-to-end encryption: the authorised server can decrypt them to return them and perform requested calculations.

6. Retention and deletion

Functional data is kept while the account is active. Technical logs are kept for at most 30 days unless an incident or legal duty requires longer. Account deletion removes associated data from the active database. Residual backups expire within 30 days. Fiscal, anti-fraud or claims data may be retained for the applicable legal period.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent where applicable. Email raul@akashapps.com from your account address. You may also use the deletion page and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
